Terms of Service

1. Who can use SavageX

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to meet Discord’s minimum age in your country, to use the Service. Some areas of the community may require you to be 18+.

You are responsible for complying with Rockstar Games’ and Cfx.re’s terms for Grand Theft Auto V and FiveM, and with Discord’s Terms of Service. You must own a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V to connect to the game server.

2. The service we provide

SavageX RP is a roleplay community that operates a FiveM game server, a Discord server, and this website (including whitelist and department applications, and a supporter store). The Service is provided for entertainment. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Your account and Discord login

We use Discord to sign you in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your Discord account and for keeping it secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, roles, or perks.

Providing false information on an application, or impersonating another person or staff member, may result in removal from the community.

4. Community rules and conduct

Your use of the Service is subject to our community rules, available at /rules. The rules are part of these Terms. We may update them at any time, and continued use means you accept the current version.

We may remove content, revoke roles, or restrict access at our discretion to keep the community safe and fair.

5. Supporter purchases and virtual perks

The store offers optional supporter packages (such as VIP and Priority Queue tiers) that grant Discord roles and in-community perks. Perks are digital, have no cash value, and are not goods, securities, or property. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them — you do not own them.

Perks such as queue priority are conveniences, not guarantees of access, performance, or availability. We may modify, re-price, or discontinue any package, and may change what a perk includes, at any time. Purchasing a package does not exempt you from the rules or guarantee any particular treatment.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time packages are charged once; subscription packages renew automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel. Non-recurring packages grant a role for a fixed period (currently 30 days) and then expire unless repurchased.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal on the store page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. When a paid period ends, we notify you and, after a short grace window, the associated role is removed. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.

7. Refunds

Supporter purchases are generally non-refundable because perks are delivered immediately. Our full policy, including the limited situations where we do issue refunds, is at /refunds and forms part of these Terms.

8. Suspension, bans, and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Service, remove roles, or revoke perks at any time — including for breaking the rules — with or without notice. If your access is terminated for a rule violation or as a result of a chargeback, you are not entitled to a refund and any remaining perk time is forfeited.

9. No affiliation

SavageX RP is an independent, fan-operated community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re/FiveM, Discord, or Stripe. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Intellectual property

The SavageX name, logo, website, and original content are owned by the SavageX operators and may not be copied or used without permission. Content you submit (such as application answers or messages) remains yours, but you grant us a license to store, display, and use it as needed to operate and moderate the Service.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any perk or feature will always be available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the SavageX operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, roles, perks, or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, post a notice in Discord. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
